"Nice place.Great location. Flemings is 10steps away from the hotel. Valet was great. Surprisingly good breakfast options. Only complaint was the TV in the room. Very annoying to use. We finally got it on a channel playing Adam Sandler movies so we just left that on. LOL."

We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage."

"I was in town for concert at the Blumenthal Center and the Hyatt House was an easy walk to that venue; it's even closer to the Spectrum, which is right next door. And there are tons of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. So, it was ideal to be able to valet park my car (though a bit pricey!) and not have to worry about driving. Hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the hotel bar was perfect for drinks and light fare. Highly recommend."
