"Very clean and comfortable! The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant had actually a fantastic burger for an Italian restaurant. We were in town for a show and we’re so pleased that the walk from the hotel to the theater was less than three blocks and very easy to navigate. We felt safe and valet parking was smooth too. "

"You have to leave your room key inserted to keep the lights on! Checked out 8:15 this morning still no receipt 4 hours later confirming checkout. No receipt from valet either, requested one and was either sent the wrong one or was charged for an extra day. This place doesn’t seem to have their act together. Restaurants kitchen hours aren’t as posted and staff was less than helpful and didn’t want to be bothered with my business. Had to circle the building 4 times to enter the driveway for valet parking and still unable to enter as the same cars were just sitting there. Had to pay to park in a lot down the street to check in. All in all the hotel itself is nice but the staff and the organization are seriously lacking."

"They were great… my husband was celebrating a birthday and we had a lovely red velvet dessert in our room upon arrival. Beautiful hotel and great location! "

"I stayed a total of four nights. Most of the time I spent at this hotel was great. The last night I was there, someone was cleaning the room right next to mine at 10pm and it went until after 11pm!!! The cleaning cart was outside the door so I know it was someone cleaning and they were banging the wall with the broom or mop ( hard floors) or whatever and it would hit the wall so hard and the door would open and close a bunch and then things were hitting the door, etc. I was almost asleep twice when a loud bang hit the wall and then one on the door after that. I don’t think anyone should be cleaning a room that late and if you have to for some reason, maybe don’t rage clean and try to be as quiet as possible since people are paying to be there to SLEEP! It was extremely frustrating. I had to be up super early the next morning but lost an hour and a half of sleep. I hope they change whatever cleaning policy they have to prevent this in the future. Who cleans a room at 10pm at night?! Other than that, the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. The location is good and you can walk to many places around it. The staff overall was friendly. "

"Excellent property wasn’t a fan of the large incidental hold per day not described here but dealt with it. Very upscale and modern property loved everything. I’m not sure if hotels think about putting guests with young children on lower flooors but it should definitely be a thing, i didn’t get much sleep "

"Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum Center."

"My sisters and I enjoyed the location , walking distance to restaurants was wonderful!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating!! On each floor there’s a microwave just in case you need to warm something up and mini fridge in room is very much appreciated!! Great place , will definitely stay there again !! Nicole "
