"The property itself was fine. The room was well appointed, but on the small side. It could use more drawer/closet space. They say they have a gym and laundry, but we followed the signs and it led us through the garage. We never went beyond that since our keycard would not let us back in. It’s conveniently located to the subway system, but there was construction in the area and late night noise. Not many good restaurant options in the area, you’ll have to either Uber or subway it elsewhere....

"No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business!
