"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area though we were on foot backpacking and unfortunately there was no evening food available so we didn’t eat as it was a walk back into town. Nice area to explore either walking or cycling and was very close to walk to the ferry on Rursee to go on to Rurburg. "

The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean. The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles! Surrounding area nice. Near to the old town with the beautiful castle and churches. Staff were nice. They spoke English and booked a taxi...

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, in a really beautiful senior suite room. Price was reasonable however after spending €350+ for our one-night stay, I was asked to pay an extra 50 cents as they got the price wrong. Found this a bit strange since it was an error on their side and they would not look over such a small amount. Any other 5 star hotel would laugh over such a small additional charge! Other than that it was a perfect stay, wonderful swimming pool and a great breakfast. Definitely recommend and will visit again!"
