"The hotel is situated at the end of a road and is in a very quiet location. We parked at the bottom of a hill and had to hike up to the hotel with our bags (good for your fitness!). "I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff."

"This is a beautiful family run hotel and restaurant that has been in the same family for 7 generations. The hotel facilities and rooms are clean and modern and the restaurant serves high quality food at reasonable prices. The service was excellent at check in, the restaurant and everywhere else that we interacted with the staff. We stayed here for the F1 and were able to enjoy the town and beautiful villages surrounding it. We will definitely go back here on our next visit to Europe. "

"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."
