We both got amazing massages from Natalie, the staff helped me figure out how to get to Rome after, the rooms were GORGEOUS, the pool was spectacular and got great poolside drinks, and the food/wine was the best!!! "I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The property is not quite as rustic as some of the others in Siena - it looks like it was updated inside about 10-15 years ago but it’s still in wonderful shape - just not quite rustic or very modern. Coming from a hotel the night before that was also wonderful but rustic I found the better AC and more modern interior amenities a welcome change. I was in a nice big room on the 8th floor with a stunning view from the window and a soaker tub and we loved it. The staff is what really makes this property stand out and why I’d not consider staying anywhere else in Siena next time I come. From the bellhop who parked my car and brought my luggage up - remembering our names two days later when he had to get the car. From the wonderful lady at the front desk who upgraded my room for a tiny fee when she found out we were on our honeymoon. They even got me a reservation that very same night (Saturday of Palio!) at a Osteria da Divo. "
