The property was quiet and clean. The staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious and had a homey feeling. I didn’t like that it didn’t have enough towels in the room but everything else was great. I would definitely stay again

Great hotel, esp. if in town for football town
Room was bigger than I thought, which was nice. Pillows super comfy. Everyone nice, helpful ... if you want a downside, thought bar was minimal and pricey. Otherwise, all was great.

I did not like the fact that I almost slept in the shower and broke my neck. I told the young lady at the desk and she acted as if she did not care at all. I have an 85-year-old mother that was with me, and I'm glad she didn't take a shower because if she had slipped, it would have been over. They need to put something to avoid people falling in the shower.

There was no one to take our order. We sat in the cubicle for almost 20 minutes. A server came out and just kept looking never asked if we wanted help on anything. We saw the bar area had people waiting too. We just let and went up to our room. Ordered food from out in the area.

Hotel Review
The overall hotel & my room was very clean. I requested a 2nd floor room when I completed my reservation, but when I checked in I was put on the 4th floor. The front desk employee did his best to accommodate me, but the hotel was fully booked. I was disappointed because I have anxiety with heights and I did not sleep well. Richard that works at the Bistro was so nice & friendly. He engaged in friendly conversation with me while I waited for my breakfast. The food was delicious. The front desk clerk stepped away to help another customer, so Richard stepped in and assisted by checking us out. I was very impressed.
