This is a BIG resort. It's also showing its age in some ways. The two of those factors I think are why some reviews are negative. The property is well maintained, and the staff is helpful but spread thin by the size of the resort.

There’s a lot of maintenance issue from leaky ceiling,faucet not draining and bedroom lock not functioning properly.poor lighting in the street in between villas.wecould not find our room.the place is roomy and clean .it was a pleasant stay otherwise

Great staff, unbelievable property on the mountain and the view was beautiful although I would advise to get alot of Baht at the airport as many places dont take credit card but the hotel was the exception. out of 5, easy 4.8. Staff goes above and beyond to give good hospitality, and always with a smile.

Our room was very comfortable and large. Spa was not usable due needing repair. A lovely resort but getting a bit run down. Good room service and nice resturant on site. 10 mins to Patong but otherwise quite isolated on hill with nothing accessible by foot. Lovely view of hills.

This hotel the service was great but the room is wasn't clean 😕. By the first night of the first day I was feel very disappointed cause they were very smelled and thirty 😢 and the tower was too old 😢 and they also had a bugs 🐛 bed 😢🙄

The property did not meet the standards they put online. The first night we saw a cockroach in bathroom, there was geckos on the walls. The room service staff seemed to be rushing us to clean the rooms. The wifi internet was slow and getting hold of some house keeping was hard. The food was good though, the pool was well maintained and had beautiful views.
