"The Lodge is located little bit on outskirts of town of Banff with convenient and frequent public transportation Roam , route 2. The hotel provides 3-day bus pass to get around Banff , Banff Hot Springs etc. The room had balcony and was quite big with kitchenette and big bathroom ."

"We loved being in a remote area. We also loved at how there were no TVs and WiFi was only working if you go to the office. We wished we could stay longer but we put this on our bucket list to come back again and bring our kids with us next time. "We arrived kind of late and stayed for one night so we didn't get to use the amenities like the pool or mini golf. The food at the restaurant was good but pricey and the room was nice and comfortable enough for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, but be aware there is a resort fee and some extra costs not mentioned, The best part was that the pick up by Fairview Limousine and Shuttle Services was right on the property to take us to Lake Moraine in the morning -- very convenient!"
