I can't recall seeing a nondairy option for milk, and if that wasn't there, I would suggest that as an option. I would also love to see the menu be more eco-friendly. The amount of meat on the menu has quite a large carbon footprint and it feels out of line with the off the grid approach Storm is using. I will say that we were extremely grateful that the chef went out of their way to not only accommodate a late request for dinner, but that they also found a way to make one of their options completely vegan for us and add delicious potatoes, and a salad to the meal.
