"I stayed on the P level. The room was in the basement with almost no outside view, and it was located next to the pool restroom. I never expected it to be underground. I don’t think a room like this should be sold to guests."

"Was travelling with a pet and only stayed a night. All pet rooms are in main floor of 2 storey buildings. Floor and walls are paper thin and pipes squeal. Up every hour at night with upstairs bathroom breaks. It was like they were in my room. No sleep. Otherwise nice."
