"Taps in kitchen sink leaked when used, they offered a room change, but we declined as we were not using sink. "

"The room itself was good as it is close to the pool. But needs upgrade with the carpet and there were already peeling of the celling paint. This is especially with the room rate that they are charging. Also, I had to ask an extra bath robe as they only provided 1 and toiletries not complete (no body wash). So guests must bring their own. Aside from these, the general surrounding was quite relaxing and fun for the whole family."

"It was a nice and beautiful place. This was our second time visiting the resorts. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suites. It has two spacious rooms. We really enjoyed staying and definitely coming back!"

"The aircon was too loud where the it was on the top of the headboard. There wasn't an oven nor stove they only gave us potable electric stove that there's no space to put on the the counter, so we put the microwave down to the floor to have a little space to cook. The worst thing was there were bedbugs and little crawlers in the room. The bedbugs was notice very early on in ur last day were children started to complain about inches... As we check there are a couple of bites on there upper arm and back."

"The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to take, you had to ask for them. Overall we had a disappointing experience. We don't recommend this hotel."
