"Great location in downtown area. Clean, comfy bed, good value. Pleasant staff. No bar/lounge as advertised on Hotels.com. Pillows too thick, but they “are aware and working on that”. Did not have breakfast, but am told by a local that the restaurant there is the best in town. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was not very accommodating in early check-in specially when I was arriving from USA. Their check-in was 4 PM, and I had arrived there around 11 AM. It seems they could arrange maybe around 1PM, but were unwilling. I feel this request was poorly handled. Otherwise, the facility was okay besides the confusion they had over my room assignment. I do not think I will go there again!"

"me and my partner stayed overnight for a trip to the nearby hotsprings. the property is very well maintained and had provided a comfortable place for rest after a day pack with activities and driving around to see lakes and mountains. The breakfast in the morning was adequate and pretty good. Would definitely come back again next time. :) "

"The property was nice but in need of repairs. The pool looks like a lot of fun for kids but it was closed. The steam room and sauna are not running at this time of the year but if you want to use them you have to let reception know at least 15 minutes in advance so they can get it ready for you. We ended up not using them and went across the street to the hot springs. I imagine this place gets busier during the summer months. It was almost empty at this time of year which was nice for us."

"The room was very clean. No concerns with cleanliness at all. It was very hard to get a hold of the front desk. The phone line says they are open from 9-8pm, yet I couldn’t get through the whole day prior to our stay. Office is actually only open from 4-7pm, so if you need anything outside of those hours, you're out of luck."
