"We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!"

"Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us."

"the room was exactly what we needed, but the host really set it apart. she gave us some great recommendations on how to make the most of our time. location was also great for us and enjoyed walking to the brewery for a beverage and dinner. to cap it off we saw a group of big horn sheep as we were leaving"

"Rooms were a decent size. Window a bit small. I would try and get a balcony room if possible. Hotel is nice but shows some minor signs of being well used (some paint peeling on doorframes, etc). Private guest hot tub and plunge pool huge advantage. Public ones had a waiting line and despite this, hotel guests still got into the public pools without any wait. Beautiful location. Checkin was extremely slow - 45 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us and only 1 staff member and a manager working the desk but there were signs about their computers having issues. We also paid for 6 adults in a 2 bedroom, 4 queen, family room but only had 2 pool towels and 1 room, so had to get more from the front desk, that was disappointing. Otherwise beautiful location and would stay again."
