"Chalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasn’t a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on. "

"We spent three nights in a one bedroom cabin and enjoyed every minute of our time. We were greeted warmly at check in and found our unit to be clean and comfortable. The basics (soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee) were provided. We loved the bbq! The hot tub and pool were a nice addition.
We wish that we had been told about the boil water advisory when we were phoned to confirm or even at check in. It would've saved us a second trip to the grocery store. But other than that- it was great. Thanks"
"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Horsethief Lodge, Panorama. Our unit was lovely and clean with everything you’d need for your stay. Great to be able to cook in your own place and enjoy your own patio. We loved taking the gondola up to the pools and various activities. Loved the mountain coaster, mini golf and beautiful trails. "The service especially the attitude of the staffs is super good. When we asked for the hot springs info, everyone there was patient . Not only did they introduce the way to the free natural hot spring by walking the trail, but also gave us smile every time we saw them. The favorite part of this trip was playing at the water slides and all of their aquatic facilities. We spent a fun time there. It is very friendly for a family trip, since the kitchen is convient to do some cooking if you bring the food materials with you. It is so impressive about their services and aquatic facilities. "
"Copper Point was a pleasant surprise. Our one bedroom suite with a golf view was exactly what the photos show. I was surprised at how well maintained and how well kept the suite was given how busy the resort is. The room was furnished very well and tastefully so. Furniture was not beaten up or worn (this is a busy resort). The A/C worked very well, the room was spotlessly clean, including everything in the kitchen cabinets. Staff were very helpful, housekeeping was great. "
