"Great value for money - newly refurbished, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Roof top pool and sun bathing area available in a “business” hotel in the city is quite unique."
"Cannot fault. Has so many little details that made our stay very enjoyable. Japanese toilet. Soap provided. Washer/dryer. Rice cooker, electric stove, pots and pans, noodle bowls, chopsticks provided.
Clean. Close to nearby restaurants, 24/7 groceries and pharmacy/drug store that closes at 12 am. 🤗

"Stayed here for a weekend trip and it was amazing. Great value for the price of the stay. Even with the language barrier as an English speaker, the staff was great with hospitality, service, and friendliness. "
"One of the best accommodation we stayed at as a family. It has everything we need :)) The place is well kept, digital check in and check out was easy. Of the 4 nights, we only managed to park at the apartment for 1 night but there are many public carpark nearby min Y700 for 12 hours.
There was one day we ran out of water, not sure what happened but owner quickly rectified it within a few minutes.
Highly recommended Condo Felicita! We will stay again! "

"I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this hotel and our stay. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The entire hotel was pristine clean and the views were amazing! The only slightly less than perfect thing was the firmness of the mattress but my husband loved it, so that’s more personal preference. "The hotel’s location and staff were excellent. The rooms were spacious, though slightly outdated. The pool was beautiful, and direct beach access was a major plus. On the downside, the restaurant had limited hours, and reservations couldn’t be made through a single site. Overall, for our family of five (ages 12 to 70), we truly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic—while you’ll need a car to get to the American Village, the trip is absolutely worth it."
