"Strange staff. They were not interested in helping guests with anything. Always stayed at the Bastide on same property but decided to try something new. Disappointed with everything. The older lady at front desk of Bastide actually chastised us for going there to check in when the web site mentioned that the 2 places shared pretty much everything. She must have fussed at us about it on 3,or more occasions. The ladies that used to run the front desk were treasures. So sad that we had to endure...
