"It’s a nice spacious property especially if you book residence with many pools and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker. If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats. As it’s a big place it can do with having a grocery store or convenience store on premises. Secondly no private beach, there is a buggy to beach but no beach loungers are provided by the hotel, so if you use the ones at the beach, you have to pay for them (which we only found out once we got there). It would have been nice to know before hand. Overall we had nice stay. Thank you team"

"We got an automatic suite upgrade, but it would have been good to be pre-informed that this upgrade meant we would be on two levels and needed to navigate stairs. One of us was unhappy about this, and other was ok with it. Need more information about amenities, e.g., pool times, use of large outdoor green cushions, and, better enforcement of posted rules (e.g., smokers on grassy areas, ball play in and around pool, diving, floatation devices - all of this was going on, but apparently against the rules). A pool for just adults would have been nice since there clearly are areas for infants/toddlers. More cabanas than just 3 at the main hotel pool would be great. Overall, better to be consistent with your rules or just take them off your board postings. Food at O' Grill and Breakfast Buffet in main hotel was wonderful, other restaurants, not nearly as much. The Japanese restaurant was terrible, over priced, not "affiliated" with the resort (as advertised by the concierge) and served very small portions. Need more shade amenities on the beach, but we understand there was a recent natural setback due to weather issues. Room cleaning was inconsistent - we got a different number of towels and water and coffee items every day! Therefore, had to fend for ourselves, but our room/suite was spacious and comfortable, with lovely outdoor areas as well. This is a beautiful resort overall, and we enjoyed our visit. But beware - it's expensive."

"The hotel has great pools and a wonderful hydro pool which is like a jacuzzi but not as hot. It has individual sections you can lay on and turn on personal bubbles. Loved that! It has two beaches you can walk to down a lot of steps. The closer one is a small beautiful secluded beach and the further away one is a large tourist one with a restaurant. I loved the breakfast which included champagne! The room was lovely. I highly recommend."

"Really classy and calm, a resort for people who dont want the hustle and bustle of all inclusives. Excellent food, healthy and plenty of choice for vegetarians too. Love the proximity to the beach. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the living area and kitchen were so useful. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back. Our group consisted of my parents in their 70's and my teenage children."
