"This hotel is a total home run. We were leaving the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. On our way to Marbella. I needed an overnight stay. Who would've thought we would fall deeply in love with Valencia. This hotel has it all. It's adjacent to the park… It has a serviceable restaurant and a pleasant bar. The rooms are magnificent with a wonderful rainforest style shower and etc. The hotel staff are beyond pleasant… And we're willing to put up with my halting Spanish practicing since everyone speaks...

"El establecimiento me envió un correo electrónico de confirmación al momento de reservar donde decía que los horarios de recepción eran de 7 a 23. Cuando llegué a hacer el check-in a las 22.20, estaba todo cerrado. Al comunicarme telefónicamente, me atendió un empleado quien, de muy mala manera me informó que los horarios que decía el correo no eran los que manejaba el establecimiento, y me dio un código de seguridad para acceder a las llaves. "The hotel is definitely 5 star. Outdoor pool is nice. A lot of toilet accessories (e.g., tooth brush, paste, comb, shoe cloth, sewing kit, etc...) are provided. All the staff are very friendly. Location is good. You can walk to the museum, science center, aquarium (20-30min) as well as the downtown Valencia (also 20-30min). I took a bus to the beach and took about 20 min. Rafael from the afternoon shift was very helpful to show me where to buy bus ticket card and how to use the bus system. He provided me a lot of good suggestions of the site seeing and food. Thank you, Rafael."
