Great little property in a lovely part of the city. Excellent value for money. The morning coffee and home made cake delivered by the friendly Jose was a delight.

We loved the location of our room. Check in was good and had good instructions. Room was lovely, however cleanliness and levels of maintenance in the room could be better. Daily breakfast was lovely and room service was great… very friendly young man. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We will look to return. Thank you for a lovely stay😊

Guesthouse in a safe and convenient location
Convenient and safe location. Entry to property is at Placa de la Reina with many tourists and shops opening till late. Got very clear instruction about check in by email. Happy with cleanliness of my room. Shower cabinet is spacious, and separated from toilet which is also spacious. Water changed to cold in the middle of showering on two nights, but got back to hot pretty soon. Bed and quilt were fine. Pillow was very comfortable. Got nice surprise of bar fridge in the room, and daily complimentary breakfast of Coca de Ilanda, a typical Valencian sponge cake, coffee and orange juice brought to my room.

This place is a little quirky and the room is small. However, the location is everything: you're within steps of the Cathedral, downstairs you have a wonderful gelato store on one side and a great little coffee shop on the other. If you are the kind of tourist that only comes back to the room to shower and sleep, then this place is for you. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is strong, and the water is hot. Ana, the on-site manager at night, is a gem! She goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable.

Great spot, great staff, and overall great... if you don't intend to sleep. The bed was terrible, and loud noises non stop. If you want to sleep and relax its terrible, but everything else is genuinely great.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Elektrokamin und Blick auf die Plaza de la Reina und den Dom! Leider noch Baustelle aber trotzdem ok! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt! Kleines Frühstück wird angeboten! Wir haben schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht!

Hotel sin recepción ! Todo se hace de manera virtual , habitación con graves problemas de limpieza , en el baño tenían bichos , la cama estaba con las sábanas sucias y el colchón estaba en muy mal estado

El cliente se negó a dar sus datos personales para el check in, cuando se le exigieron al segundo día, empezó a quejarse de cosas falsas y sin sentido, de haber sido ciertas, lo habría dicho el primer día

Luci e ombre: Aspetti positivi, posizione strategica per visitare a piedi la città, tutti i servizi sono a due passi (due pasticcerie per fare colazione a dx e sx del portone di ingresso) compresi bus per collegamenti areoporto,Oceanografico e spiaggia. Personale disponibile. Da sapere: nel bagno non c'è il bidet ed il lavandino è un pò piccolo. Non c'è personale in Reception tranne che in alcune ore della serata. A noi era sfuggito, ma non sono previste pulizie e rifacimento letti Aspetti negativi: la nostra stanza era al primo piano e sopra negozi ed un garage, quindi forti rumori la mattina presto (dalle 6:30) impossibile non svegliarsi. In questo periodo ci sono grossi lavori di rifacimento nella piazza per cui dalle 8:00 si aggiungono rumori di cantiere

Noch nie so ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in einem 2* Hotel gehabt. Die Lage war absolut top, direkt am Plaça de la Reina, unmittelbar vor der Kathedrale. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich, sauber, klein aber ausreichend. Leider hatte unser Zimmer einen kleinen Wasserschaden, was aber umgehend durch einen Zimmerwechsel behoben wurde. Der Service und Check-In verlief komplett kontaktlos über WhatsApp und war dadurch umgehend und mühelos zu erreichen. Ganz kleine Verbesserungen können an der Klimaanlage vorgenommen werden.

Ist kein Hotel, sondern ein "Hostal", eine Etage eines fast leerstehenden Wohnhauses mit dünnen Trennwänden in kleine Zimmer unterteilt. Ich hörte die anderen Duschen, Toiletten, Telefonate, Wecker...herb. Nach Zuteilung meines Zimmers war niemand mehr zu sehen, für Probleme hing da ein Zettel mit Telefonnummer - als meine Duschkabine nicht wollte hab ich angerufen...ohne Erfolg. Sorry, das brauch ich nicht nochmal.

La gentillesse du personnel ne masque pas les désagréments de la chambre et notamment du bruit. Les fenêtres ne sont pas suffisamment isolées, vous bénéficiez également du ronronnement des réseaux de chauffage/climatisation du bâtiment dans un incessant brouhaha sans compter sur la boulangerie située au RDC avec ses contraintes d'ouverture et de fermeture de sa devanture...et de sa terrasse. Fatiguant si vous souhaitez vous poser.

Fin de semana de ola de calor en Valencia y apagan el aire acondicionado!!!!! La limpieza muy mala. Suelos del baño sucios, mesa de cristal y espejos con marcas de ballets y no limpian papeleras de un día a otro! Lo mejor la localización. No volveremos

Good value in great location
Great location right by the cathedral, clean room and friendly service. The room had a spacious bathroom, a safe and fridge. Missed air condition though - the room turned terribly hot in the morning. They could also have held back on the use of air freshener in the bathroom. Still, recommended if you want good value for your money.
