We have stayed in many hotels in many countries over the years. This hotel is an absolute standout! It has all the wonderful amenities you want, but it also feels like a home because the people are so genuine, helpful and kind! It is luxurious, clean, conveniently located, elegant, comfortable, hospitable, and everyone is so friendly! We were given such an amazing room! Thank you! I honestly can’t wait to return to Valencia— an absolute gem of a city! And I look forward to staying at this hotel again! Hasta pronto!

PROS: excellent location, comfortable (firm) beds, very good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, very clean, water pressure in shower is strong, desk and chair is nice to have. CONS: noisy at night if you like to leave the window open, might be a bit crowded for 2 people.

The hotel was very well located, very clean, my room was recently renovated and the bathroom /shower was very spacious with lots of drawers to put things in. The room was small and simple with small balcony. It was a nice stay.
