El hotel dispone de personal de recepción con atención presencial de 10:00 a 14:00 y de 16:00 a 20:00, fuera de ese horario hay personal de conserjería permanente en el hotel y personal con atención telefónica las 24 horas en la central de reservas. Actualmente el horario de atención presencial esta reducido por la situación actual. Los clientes pueden realizar el check in de forma presencial informando la hora exacta de su llegada en el caso que lleguen fuera del horario de atención presencial y prefieran un check in presencial o pueden realizar un auto check in. Esta opción esta contemplada dentro de los actuales protocolos covid. En todo momento usted se comunico y recibió información del personal de recepción del hotel (horarios, servicios, información donde aparcar y otros). Usted solo se alojó una noche, llegó y se marchó fuera de los horarios de atención presencial del personal de recepción. El hotel dispone de habitaciones de diferentes categorías. La habitación donde usted se alojó es el Dúplex familiar con vistas con un aforo para cuatro personas. No disponemos de cocinas y no vio el resto de las habitaciones, no entendemos porque dice que nuestras habitaciones son apartamentos. Quizás usted considere que su habitación se parece a un apartamento sin cocina ya que dispone de una superficie de 40 m2, con una distribución en dos plantas en doble altura, con dos baños, dos televisores, equipada con muebles de diseño de calidad. equipo de aire acondicionado central y colchones de firmeza media de primera marca para hoteles. Cada uno de los baños de la habitación Dúplex Familiar dispone de un termo eléctrico de 120 litros. Usted y su familia solo utilizaron para ducharse el baño de la planta baja. Usted informó que cuando la última persona se ducho el agua estaba templada, no informó que estaba agua fría como indica en el comentario. Tampoco entendemos porque solo uso un baño cuando había dos. Usted habló con el personal de conserjería en forma presencial. El personal de mantenimiento del hotel verifico en ese mismo momento que había agua caliente en los dos baños. El personal de recepción y de conserjería lo invitaron a comprobar que había agua caliente en los dos baños de su habitación. Sin embargo usted se negó e informó a nuestro personal de recepción que iba a solicitar un reembolso de su reserva y con escribir comentarios negativos si no se le realizaba el reembolso. Nuestro alojamiento dispone de una calificación de hotel otorgada por un organismo oficial, esta abierto hace cinco años y ningún cliente comentó o dudo que nuestro alojamiento es un hotel y no dispone de los servicios de un hotel. Los comentarios de los otros clientes en este portal de reservas y en otros, reconocen a los servicio de nuestro hotel de forma positiva. Agradecemos que califique a nuestro hotel con un 8 sobre 10.
