First experience with a Vinci Hotel, and was completely delighted. Staff well acquainted with the needs of their guests and never failed to find a solution to any issue from transportation to room air conditioning! Also, there is a gem of a in-house restaurant that’s not just for breakfast…… A must experience while in Valencia!

The staff here are excellent! Best location in Valencia! Quiet but steps to everything- best of both worlds! Definitely get Superior room if you can- regular rooms are tiny.

Highly recommended
Great central location, 10 minutes from Metro with direct lines to airport and beach. Every member of staff, from reception to cleaners, had a smile and cheerful words. Reception staff are amazing with plenty of advice and ideas for a pleasant stay. Cannot fault cleanliness and condition of hotel, 5 stars!

The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast area is nice with natural light but the food is average with limited hot options. I had a superior room in the second floor facing another tall building in a narrow alley. You could hear all the noises from the outside which made it difficult to fall sleep.

We can recommend Vincci Mercat Hotel. It's in ideal position for sightseeing and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and clean.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room, plenty of necessary toiletries provided, big shower, Great rooftop bar/restaurant and hang out area, didn’t use the small pool but it was nice to sit by it, wonderful view of the city sky at night. I was so relaxed at this hotel for my stay. The breakfast was nice as well and the people were helpful to get me a taxi and explain where things were that I wanted to visit. I would have stayed here much longer to enjoy the atmosphere and prime location but I only needed one night.

I had an amazing time at vincci mercat, staff were lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and everything u need during the day or at night is just a few minutes walk. Will definitely come back to this beautiful city and will definitely stay at Vincci Mercat again.

Property well maintained. Very friendly staff. Beds very comfortable too. Parking a bit cumbersome but it’s same all over the city. No car needed in Valencia.

15€ by taxi Fri Airport or 7-10 mins walk to metro. Location. Excellent within the old town. Bed is very comfortable shower, Nice Staff Nice. However, if choosing it because of the pool don’t, it’s about 10 feet by x 4 feet. Never used. It would really be pointless. Even for a cool down as because it’s so small. It kind of looks dirty not inviting. But everything else in the hotel staff breakfast location spot-on

I recommend this hotel for staying in Valencia
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is great and very close to the main square. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful.

Too expensive for what it offers
Great location, but too pricey for what it really offers: standard breakfast, standard rooms and the “pool” is very small (more like a bath tub), and quite dirty. Not value for money at current rates.

Bästa läget i Valencia, allt var 4 stjärnigt utom frukosten. Den fick en trea och Poolen behöver rengöras oftare. Men personalen i tak baren var BÄST! Bästa sangrian i Spanien :) mycket bättre än vi fick i Barcelona. Skulle absolut kunna komma tillbaks. Städningen var super......

Great hotel. Excellent staff-they were all so nice and helpful. Maria at the reception was so sweet and helpful! Perfect location (near Central Market) that made it easy to walk everywhere. Many places to eat. Le Favole across the street from the hotel had great food.

Very clean, very friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. For this price we could at least have bathrobes, slippers and a bathtub in the room.

Fabulous location. Restaurants and shopping nearby and walkable distance. Lovely staff and very helpful. Breakfast is great- enough choices although people wanting cooked breakfast may find there isn’t enough variety. Wasn’t a problem for us.
