Very clean public areas and rooms/bathrooms although our en-suite bathroom definitely needed updating. Very tatty woodwork and tiling. Beds and pillows were quite hard but spotlessly clean and a/c very welcome during the recent heatwave. Staff pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
Handy for tube station and situated in a quiet road. Would stay again.

The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice.
Breakfast was excellent.
Our room, number 19 in the basement was freezing cold, we just shut it off. Why is the A/C so cold ? It costs money, it is bad for the planet and I had a headache ?

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

Room was very clean, nice products in the bathroom, each floor had an ice machine with a cold water tap, and reusable bottles, everything you’d expect from a hotel room, staff were friendly, was easy to get checked in
They take a £100 deposit in case you want room service / snacks form the room, which is normal for london, but caught me off guard.
Great location, easily walkable to Leicester Square and literally 2 mins walk to the tube station (and Trafalgar Square)
We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked nice. Great hotel overall
