Great experience. Great location. Most staff friendly. A couple people at front desk seemed apathetic and didn’t bother to acknowledge or give eye contact on way in or out. Not a big deal. Very clean

I Always stay at ELE Enara
I go to Valladolid at least once a year and I always stay at this hotel. It is very centrally located and near a bus stop. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Difficult to access by car. Almost impossible to find the car park.

The manager is a conceited person with no respect for people's complaints. When trying to communicate with him about the noisy atmosphere he became defensive and abrupt. I was blatant enough to tell him that the place was a mierrda

El cliente demostró en todo momento que buscaba cualquier excusa para conseguir un descuento. Forzó mediante una extraordinaria mala educación a todo el personal de recepción para tratar que le respondieran mal y así poder hacer una queja formal. Se quejaba de ruidos en una habitación contigua que resultó estar ocupada por una pareja mayor y que no hacían ruido ninguno.Sospechamos que, o bien es una persona con las facultades mentales perturbadas o estaba buscando desde su llegada un descuento sin justificación objetiva. De hecho, cuando se le propuso cambiar a una habitación más tranquila, lo rechazó porque dijo que solo aceptaría un descuento.

Everything you need.
We have stayed here before and as before the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very central to everything. It’s clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Good city centre hotel
Located in the city centre this is a lovely hotel. Very big rooms with well appointed bathroom. Modern facilities in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. On site underground parking too.

Good stay.
The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult. It is located next to Plaza de Espania which is a very small plaza, not the main plaza for the city. As it turned out the hotel's location is very good. Only a few blocks to plaza mayor and a few blocks in the other direction to the Cathedral. Many places to eat, good walk streets, very safe city. The hotel was clean, helpful staff, clean room. Parking via elevator. Would stay there again.

We stayed on a Sunday, restaurant and bar was closed, breakfast wasn’t available until 9.30am and did not offer a buffet choice. The hotel did not meet the description on the website.

We are sorry that you had this image, but we are afraid to tell you that some things are not like you are saying... It's true that the bar was closed that sunday, but we only closed that day because the person that must work had a problem and it was impossible to solve it, so we had to close. We are very sorry for that. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, and it starts from 8 until 11 the weekends. We don't know why you say that it wasn't available until 9:30, maybe you understood it wrong and didn't ask our reception staff. The décor was a bit dark and oppressive, but that is a personal view. The hotel it self was clean and tidy, very centrally placed for shopping and restaurants. The reception staff were helpful an friendly.

If you don't know the area it is very dificult to arrive by car. Bed was not confortable, furniture looks nice and very clean. Food is excelent

almost downrown Valladolid and 10 min walking from the train stn, professional staff and car parking not sutable for big cars, the smaller the better.I recomended for a few nights is town.

Bien, pero le sobra una estrella
Aspectos positivos: Ubicación excelente, habitación amplia y cómoda. Botellas de agua de cortesía. Aspectos negativos: hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación siendo enero y con la climatización apagada. La cama hacia ruido y se escucha mucho el ruido de la plaza.
