"This is a very clean, boutique Hard Rock Hotel. It is smaller than other locations, however the staff, decor and the fact you can borrow a guitar during your visit makes this a memorable stay. The food was good, shops are approx 15mins walk away, the main Atocha train station is close by. The gym was a little underwhelming, but we walked so much of the city that we probably would never had made it for a session anyway! The rooftop bar had an excellent vibe, staff very attentive and excellent customer service. Extra shoutout to the Guest Experience team who went out their way to make my daughter's 21st bday special: we had some lovely sweet treats to enjoy. The team also helped booking a fabulous Flamenco show which we would highly recommend. Overall this was a 10/10 for Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Thank you! "

"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park."

"Actually we took one look and smell and left. The sheets looked clean but on the whole VERY rundown and of course the smell I think it was attempted to being masked by strongly scented cleaners which only compounded the issue I simply couldn’t breathe in the room. The staff were good about it why not they had our money. This accommodation should NOT BE DISPLAYED ON ANY BOOKING PLATFORM!!!!!"
