I was stranded couldn't get home because I spilled the ash tray on the floor in room that I was using outside. They did not give me my $100 back because they said I smoked in room it was a little ash on floor from me cleaningy ash tray

Overall was very nice and was understanding an gave us extra checkout time. As for around the property, it was a little sketchy but nothing had actually happened

The location was good. It was quiet and reception service was fair because I was NOT given a non smoking room that I had booked FOR, that was available.

I like the restraunt next door . I like the walking distance to Walmart and other eateries. I think they need bigger pillows .

I arrived to check in 1am Christmas Eve, I hag already prepaid there was a lot on the window from the front desk employee stating the would be right back… called Rand bell for over 2 hours no one ever came up front help, had to get a room at another hotel.

If you don't need housekeeping they threaten to kick you out if you don't let them in to clean your room. Weather it needs it or not. Very invasive. No privacy.
