"A little gem. Quirky building in a good way, with lovely decor. My room was very spacious with a coffee machine and coffee pods but being a typical Brit tea drinker they provided a kettle immediately on request. I asked to use an iron and one was provided with a small table-top ironing board. The safe in my room was faulty which they replaced, no issue. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Great location. I would recommend this beautiful hotel...
