Both the train station and ferry boat connections are conveniently only a few minutes walking distance away. The staff here is wonderful and I fully enjoyed my stay! "A very unique traditional family run hotel nestled high up in the mountains. Perfect for relaxing, beautiful views and clean air. I would recommend this hotel and location as a getaway particularly to recharge your batteries. The hotel team are very helpful, attentive and very nice. On site spa and swimming pool was a bonus too!"

"This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. What bothered us the most was the fact we weren't told that the access to the spa, purchased with booking the hotel, meant access for the check out day - not the check in. If we would've known, we would've changed our schedule to make the most of our spa day."

"The hotel was great. Interesting place on the highway. Clean and comfortable. The dinning room was very disappointing. I really couldn't eat my dinner. I was cold tough and expensive. I ordered a game dish. Should gave been a treat. The disappointing part was that the waiter never came back after dropping the plates. Not for wine refills or the check on us. It didn't occur to him that I hadn't eaten. It seemed that a bus arrived and the focus was no longer on the dinning room guests. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. The focus seems to be on large quantity cooking and bigger groups which they handle well. "

"Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "
