"The section where the queen rooms are, is tremendously different (in a bad way) than where the king rooms are. I stayed there for a week and almost every day there was some lady outside my room window (which is next to the parking lot) who would be screaming and shouting on top of her voice and at times 5 in the morning and I would wake up due to her screaming. How in the first place this hotel got such good ratings on Expedia (surpassing other better hotels in the same area). The breakfast was below average. Best Western which next to this hotel is far better. Hotel should also put some effort on the grooming of their staff."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also housekeeping gave me items I needed so not to bother my elderly mom who was resting. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very relaxing."

"There’s was a man sitting at a table in the lobby with a laptop opposite the check in desk, the Pool was dirty and the pool’s water was green, it looked sick it should be covered And clean"

"The staff was great, the room spacious & clean. Our only complaints were the lighting. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would have appreciated breakfast or a percentage off at the attached restaurant. We did appreciate having a drink at the bar. All in all don't let the poor lighting stop you."
