"I specifically chose this apartment/hotel option for access to 1 of 3 onsite parking spots. Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. "This hotel surprised me in the best way possible. I was a little worried due to the lack of pictures but the hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. My family and I felt safe and the breakfast was a +. Totally recommend and if I go back to Verona i will be staying in the same hotel "
