"The bed was very comfortable and the room relatively spacious and clean. The only “perk” we were given for an 8-night stay was a coupon for two beers at the hotel restaurant. What we weren’t told is that it was for 2 small cans of beer and not 2 slightly larger glasses of beer and the waiter sternly brought this to our attention when we went to pay. This was lacking in fairness, politeness and generosity. Other than that, the staff was helpful and professional. "

Despite its downtown location, noise is not an issue thanks to the excellent window insulation. Our deluxe double room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedsheets and mattresses, as well as a lovely balcony. The staff at the reception were courteous and attentive, and the minibar offered a variety of snacks and beverages. The only minor suggestions would be to include coffee in the minibar and to update the towels. Having visited Madrid multiple times, I can confidently say that I will definitely book this hotel again."
