"Great location. Very comfortable room, good shower and a/c. Breakfast on the main restaurant was good with lots of options. The club was nice for an afternoon tea. The noisy/ squeaky bed was the only little thing that I believe needs attention. Best choice in Hanoi. I was happy with the Opera side."

"I had a very comfortable five-day stay. First and foremost, the room and bedding were clean and cozy—this is the most important aspect for me when traveling, so I wanted to highlight it right away. I was also truly touched by the genuine kindness of the staff, from the doormen to the front desk team. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Happy and Lily, as well as the other staff members—whose names I may not recall, but whose warmth and kindness I deeply appreciated. Everything, from the delicious breakfast with a stunning view to the rooftop bar, was absolutely satisfying. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it perfect for a pleasant walk by the lake. On the downside, the swimming pool was quite small and occupied by people smoking, so I couldn't enjoy it and decided to skip it. Additionally, I was quite startled when a member of the housekeeping staff opened the door and walked in without knocking or ringing the bell."
