The beds were so comfortable! And the room was nice and clean. The hotel is right on a busy road so it was loud. Also a bit stressful to walk and get food because the road was busy and the crosswalks were not safe. I was traveling with my 7 year old and it was not safe outside the building. Staff were great- super friendly and helpful.

It’s hard to access. There should be signs up to guide you. The staff have been superb! I was overly tired and wasn’t counting my money right and the nice man offered to count it for me! When he counted it I had seen what I had done! He was very kind, and he was honest!! Very friendly. The waitress in White Spit was exceptional with her service!! I let her know how good she was! Always smiling, and checking in to see if we were happy with our food and if we were needing anything. I am definately going to tell my family and my friends about the service! Thank you Best Western! I am feeling safe and well looked after.

Plumbing issue …. Sink did not drain very well… each time toilet was flushed I could hear drain in shower gurgling. Obviously a venting issue… drainage system is starved for air… check vent termination on roof … may need to be snaked ( I’m a plumber)

There was hair in my bathrroom & when I got up this morning - there was a giant spider that came out of the towel. There was no way to control the temperature . The shuttle took over 30 mins from when I arrived to the airport - I did t realize I had to call .

The TV did not work. There was no information for WiFi connection in the room. When I called reception for help, no one answered. I went to desk to ask for help, the lady couldn't really be bothered. Told me to take a screen shot of card at desk. Still no TV. Location is not great. They ask for a security deposit. What does this tell you about clientele? But worst thing was that there seemed to be a mouse entering through a hole near the little coffee maker right beside the bed. It woke me up as it tried to chew into the sugar packages. Maybe it was something else? But I got up, cleaned up bits of paper etc, threw out the sugar packets, blocked the opening in wall. Not a good night!

The room has not enough space for 4 persons. It was absolutely inconvenient for my family. In my point of view the room such size could be convenient only for 2 persons. I booked 2 night accommodation for 316$ but I was charged 392,6$

The hotel was within 15 minutes walk to T&T and shopping area. It is close to the airport and there are shuttles every hour. The room was quite spacious. But our window was facing Marine Drive and traffic was busy. I hung my face cloth in the washroom but was gone after the second day. Not sure if it was mixed up with the other towels during room cleaning!

they say to call for the shuttle from the airport but did not answer the phone. we called for an hour and we were lucky that the shuttle came due to dropping off a passenger. they do not come unless you call
