Very good airport hotel. Very convenient. You don't need ground transportation. For first time guest coming from arrival floor there is not enough sign to inform that the hotel access is from departure floor. I had to ask for direction twice.

Quick overnight stay on a long layover and wish we could have stayed longer. Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in/out. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Very convenient location especially for layovers.

From the arrival to the room service the staff was absolutely top tier. The ability to stay at the airport when an unexpected travel delay occurs is a great and appreciated benefit. The facility and amenities never fail to spoil a weary traveller with their quality and comfort.

It is beautiful. It’s such a surprise to have a high quality hotel at an airport. A bit pricey but worth it. We’d had some difficult connections and the hotel was a bright spot. The staff was friendly, the bed super comfy, the bath beautiful and dinner awesome.

So thankful to be able to walk to the Fairmont, in the terminal at Vancouver International Airport, after arriving late from a long flight. Its so good knowing you'll have a beautiful, clean room with comfortable beds for getting some sleep, in between flights.

The Fairmont has always been top tier but I was so thrown that is location at the Vancouver Airport doesn’t have smart TVs or chrome cast capability to use your streaming services! That was wild to me! Overall the property could use some upgrading slightly

the staff went above and beyond to make this a special birthday for my husband. There was an alarm that went off in the morning and the staff was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome after having to evacuate the rooms haha.

First of all it was a long walk from baggage claim to the hotel and when we got there at 11pm there was a long check in line which fortunately moved quickly once additional staff came on. The room itself was spacious and quiet but the mattresses were quite firm and not all that comfortable which given the $500 charge for the room is tough to swallow.
