"We didn’t properly ‘empty’ the safe and left our passports which I didn’t realize for 2 days. Sofia and Jayne were extremely helpful in retrieving them and organizing a courier service to get them to us at our next destination. Above and beyond helpful."

"On the positive, mattresses were comfortable and made very nicely. Kitchen well equipped. On the less positive, If you are a light sleeper, don't select the bedroom facing the street, feels like cars are driving by in the same room. We had 5 guests but the dining room offered only 3 chairs. I wouldn't recommend turning on the fans, as the top of the blades were very dusty. Housekeeping only does surface cleaning. Pleasant stay overall. Would recommend to others."
