We did experience some issues with a very hot room, which they could not solve because it was winter and there was no air conditioning available, despite the room being very hot. We also noticed that after walking barefoot on the floor, our feet were dirty, which was definitely an issue. That said, this is a really beautiful property and I think with more attentive and better trained staff, it could be even better."
