Staff was very nice, except when they kicked us out after check out. We had to leave for the airport 6 hours before our departure time instead of sitting by the pool for the day. Very inconsiderate given the fact we paid for this whole day.

Its dated but will be going through renos soon. The $600 spa credit doesnt count towards the spa service. The steam shower wasnt working. Food was great, service was fantastic. Oscar, Keka, Aleandro and others were amazing. Come when renos are done. Or go to Guanecauste RIU for beautiful rooms. RIU ...
