"We stayed here one night before we joined our planned tour at another hotel. Excellent front desk service from Lorenzo - so helpful. We got upgraded to a King size bed and the room was impeccable - great shower! The hotel is close to La Piazza San Marco and also only a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal. We would stay again if ever in Venice!"

"This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. But we have changed the room in the middle and it was just perfect."

"The location of this hotel is very good for exploring Venice. There is a water-bus stop only about 5 minutes from the hotel, so getting into and out of Venice itself was very easy. It is a brand new building and as such, parking is tricky as there is no signage of where to park (it is underground) and there is no signage for the elevators, so it is trial and error finding the right doors! We stayed 2 nights and compared to some of the pricier options, I feel that this was a good value for what we needed it for."

"This is a great hotel to spend your first/last night in Italy. The shuttle service was easy to set up, the driver was prompt and easy to find at the Marco Polo airport. The hotel is quiet, away from crowded, busy places and the perfect spot to rest and relax after a long flight. It is only a 15 min drive from the airport, so very easy to access airport services and water taxis to Venice. The breakfast was far better than many other included breakfasts I had during my stay in Italy. The bar serves a quick and easy menu. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel, whatever your travel plans are."
