Outside appearance is a little worrying at first but the apartment is well appointed and cared for. "Very centrally located, easy to get to by vaporetto, and easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions such as the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well kept, and breakfast was included. Be aware there are no elevators in the building so we needed to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs which was ok for us but may not suit everyone. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if ever we return to Venice!"
