Since it is meant just for push chairs and not for luggage, it can be activated with a special key at the front desk. Usually the guests come and ask the staff to activate it and the operation is carried out straight away. Breakfast at the NH hotel group follows the exact same chain standards. The formula is a buffet, rich in several types of food. Both sweet and salted, both hot and cold. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free friendly. Vegetables are served, too. And if some guests have any other special request, the Food & Beverage staff is always ready to stick up to them. Usually if the transfer to the airport is not booked in advance, then it is not possible for us to reserve one on the spot, especially if it is very early in the morning. In that case, the staff usually suggests to reach Piazzale Roma (the bus station), 5 minutes on foot from the hotel, and either directly approach one of the taxi drivers on spot, or call the phone number you find on the sign.We are sorry you have not received in advance the number from our night attendant, we will certainly report the issue and make sure it will not happen ever again.Your feedback is highly important because it makes us spot pros and cons of our services and eventually correct the mistakes made.
