Convenient location in Venice

The location was convenient to catch a bus from ATVO to the airport or to walk through Venice. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. The view was of a pay-for-parking lot and the key was a bit tricky but we had a wonderful stay.

Good budget price base for Venice. We booked a standard double. Pros Good location if you want to be close to the train and bus station without dragging your cases for miles. Lovely friendly lady on check in, very helpful and informative. They will hold your luggage for free, which seens rare in Venice. Comfortable room, clean, had what you needed, Tv no uk channels, fridge wardrobe, safe. Beds a tad hard but ok, nice big bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the corridor. Easy to walk into and around Venice Cons (im being picky this was budget accommodation) No view other than a busy car parking facility you have to navigate to get to the front door. Old fashioned room ( not vintage venice old fashioned) but thats fine for the price. No facilites other than those mentioned above. After a road trip of italy this was our last stop so we just wanted comfy and reasonably priced which this delivered. We would stay here again

This hotel is conveniently located across from Piazzale Roma where you can catch a express bus to and from VCE - Marco Polo and Treviso airports for $10 euros. The train stain is also walking distance and the canals are literally 2 minutes away! I would definitely stay here again.

Not easy to find. No markings clearly visible. Place needs upgrade. Old carpets. Room furnishing need updates. Friendly service. Uncomfortable bed. Very basic.

우선 주차장을 찾기가 매우 어려웠습니다. 주차장에는 차들을 너무 좁게 주차해서 캐리어를 끌고 숙소로 들어가는 것 조차 힘들었습니다. 숙소 복도는 불이 들어오지 않아서 핸드폰 조명이 없었다면 앞을 볼 수 없을 정도로 어두웠습니다. 호텔 내부에는 공사가 진행중이었는데 먼지가 떠다니고 캐리어를 끌고 갈 수 없을 정도로 좁았습니다. 외벽도 공사중인지 창문을 열 수 없게 밖에서 막아둔 상태였습니다. 상식적으로 공사중인 건물에 숙박하라고 하는 것이 매우 이상하다고 생각합니다.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zu Parkmöglichkeiten ist toll aber hat auch seinen Preis. In der Früh wird man öfter mal von Hupen geweckt (oder von Gesprächen im Nebenzimmer), vor allem weil unsere Fenster Richtung dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz waren. Haben in einer der großen Parkgaragen geparkt, aufgrund der schlechteren Bewertungen zur Parksituation beim Hotel selbst, welche unter Tags wirklich wie Tetris aussieht. Der große Vorteil ist aber, dass man sein Gepäck nicht weit schleppen muss, und man auch recht nahe bei den Wasserbus Stationen ist. Das Zimmer war großteils sehr sauber, nur aufgrund der sehr hohen Holzdecke sammelt sich dort viel Staub und ein paar Spinnenweben. Obwohl wir Anfang Mai dort waren, hat sich die Klimaanlage schwer getan unter 24 Grad zu kühlen. Fenster aufmachen war effektiver. Außer diesen Dingen gabs nicht wirklich was zu bemängeln. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt hat auch für extra Fragen super und schnell funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist wie beschrieben und die Zimmer selbst sind meiner Meinung nach ästhetisch eingerichtet. Betten sind gemütlich, WLAN funktioniert gut. Alles in allem dem Preis entsprechend, wenn man unsere späte Buchung berücksichtigt.

It’s aight

Just a to the point review. 1- the ladies at the front desk are very sweet.... gotta start positive you know. 2- you check in at a different hotel but it is literally across the parking lot. Which the parking lot will be your absolute biggest issue. 3- the parking lot. It is literally bumper to bumper where people drop off their car and keys and the guys running it will move the cars in as tight as they can to fill the parking lot. This causes you to be unable to get your luggage through from where you check in to the actual place you stay. We were rolling our luggage through and heard an older couple in front of us trying to figure out how to get in to the front door and they didn’t even have luggage. So as we made our way through all the cars one of the parking lot attendants starts to yell at us and pointing at a car with a scratch on it saying we did it and we were responsible. Fun fact: our luggage was too big to fit so we didn’t even attempt it, thus making us not responsible. So after that we waited while they slowly moved all the cars Back to allow us to move our luggage in. 4- overall, it was clean. Very convenient/across the street from the people mover tram and bus to get to cruise ship terminals. But that parking lot is a pain. And being accused is never fun. The bathroom is large but the shower is little... like for a 5’5, 120lb person it was okay but much larger than that it’s hard. The front desk ladies were really really sweet though.

Room needs a little TLC

Well starting off at the front desk the woman (I think she’s the owner) was very friendly and accommodating) The room itself was reasonably spacious and nice, same for the bathroom. The room itself in my opinion needs better lighting as it was a little to dim. One of the walls was covered in scuff marks so it gave the room a bit of an unkept feel. A quick fresh coat of paint would take care of this. Breakfast was ok. Yes I would stay there again.

So Friendly and so Convenient

My friend and I were very pleased with the clean and comfortable room and the very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent - close to the Grand Canal so we could explore Venice and across the street from the People Mover which made travelling to the Cruise Terminal convenient and easy. I would highly recommend this lovely accommodation to anyone wanting to escape the anonymity of the huge sleep factories.

Wonderful base to use to easily explore Venice!

No negatives at all, except for the instructions as to how to find the CaDoge. The staff was great! The breakfast was much more than adequate. The Location was superb! What a great place to use as a base for exploring Venice!

Because we had a vehicle this was a very good place to park and stay. Staff were friendly. There was a fridge, kettle and safe in the room with coffee amenities in the hallway. The location was great as it was right beside the ferry terminal and train station! The air conditioning was almost non existent though and the room faced the courtyard so if you had the windows open you heard d the noise.

One of the reception ladies was very nice, very helpful and kind The first one that was at the reception when we arrived was quite rude, seemed annoyed to be there and that we needed help with our car The parking is quite chaotic when you arrive but once you understand the way it works it’s fine Breakfast was great Room was great as well and very clean with nice spacious bathroom Parking staff, one guy was really rude the day we checked out. We were about to go get breakfast when he got mad at us that we locked the car with our spare key. First of all, our car wasn’t supposed to be put up in the air the reception lady said but then when we needed to get something we forgot on the first day, it was up so we had to ask to get it down, then automatically we locked it before they put it back up. They keep a key so they can switch cars as needed but they leave them in each car which we didn’t know and they didn’t inform us about that.. Basically it was his fault yet somehow he got angry at us that we locked up.. Once we explained the situation he calmed a little tho When we left he turned around and wished us a happy trip so I guess it was just on the moment All in all a great place to stay as you can put your car for free when you stay at the hotel and it is literally a 10min (cute and cozy) walk to the main sights of Venice

It is a convenient hotel for someone arriving to Venice by car and staying for a couple of nights. It offers free parking and is close of the boats. The hotel is small and very basic.

I liked that the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of the canals and all of Venice. The hotel is located in a small commercial parking lot. Hard to explain just check it out in Google maps. However, that fact is not a deal breaker for me. I liked that the staff was accommodating when the room I got had a broken heater. They transferred me to another room where everything worked fine.

essendo una delle prime strutture entrando nel comune di Venezia, si apprezza la posizione vicina al terminal delle navi da crociera, alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro città, non in ultimo la dotazione di un suo parcheggio interno
