"Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but hot food was limited to eggs, sliced wieners and bacon. Lots of pastries and desserts/cakes available, along with cold cereal and a combination cappuccino machine, which was very nice! Hotel is located next to the train station so the location was great for us."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms are not the largest, but Venice is 1000 years old, so that makes sense. It’s worth it to upgrade to deluxe double, which includes some more space and a lovely, deep tub."

"It was amazing, best location in Venice. The staff helped us on our travel experience, taking a local taxi line 1 Piazza san Marcos. They also advise us on the best way to get to the airport. The breakfast is a must. Very good, low price and great ."

"The property and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was very helpful- we did book transportation via water taxi through their services and we arrived 15 minutes late due to plane delays and they do disclose they will not wait, I was not able to be properly connected with anyone to talk about alternative times for them to pick us up. We pivoted to using the public water taxi nearby but it was frustrating being transferred multiple times and no resolution. Otherwise the staff was very professional and friendly. Our favorite memory form staying here was our waiter in the bar located below, Sam. Sam was extremely friendly and a pleasure to visit every night. He took the time to talk with us and he really made our stay here memorable. We thank him for all of his kindness!"
