Stayed in a Junior suite deluxe. Lovely, clean, fresh and comfortable. Fabulous location, couple of minutes walk from San Angelo water bus station. Within easy walking distance of the main attractions with plentiful bars, shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was beautiful, with a quirky layout. Only less positive comments on the room itself was there were no drawers at all and a distinct lack of storage.

We had the most wonderful three-night stay at the Palazzo Keller - it was everything we could have wanted and more - comfortable, clean and safe, with friendly and helpful staff. A central location, yet only a few minutes walk from Sant’Angelo on the Alialguna line, so very convenient to get to, both to and from the airport. Beautifully appointed, the entrance to the hotel is set back from a quiet Venetian street, yet is only a few minutes away from the bustling streets around Rialto and San Marco. You are greeted by a beautiful, shaded courtyard with seating and the tranquil sounds of a fountain set into a stone wall. The interior is elegant, with cool marble flooring and luxurious velvet furnishings, no doubt influenced by Fortuny, and guests can also use the beautiful reading room. We were pleased with our room, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the WiFi worked and we had the most sumptuous breakfast served to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Palazzo Keller!

I took my daughter to Venice for two days and stayed at Palazzo Keller. As soon as you walk in it’s beautiful! Staff was lovely, the breakfast is superb. The room was spacious and very pretty….. everything was perfect!

FANTASTIC STAFF AND GREAT ACCOMMODATION. WE WERE ALLOWED TO GET OUR ROOM WELL IN ADVANCE AND 30 MINUTES LATER THE MANAGEMENT GAVE US A FANTASTIC UPGRADE TO ONE OF THEIR WONDERFUL SUITE. THE PLACE IS VERY NICE, ROOMS ARE REALLY GOOD, CLEAN , SILENT AND WELL EQUIPPED, BREAKFAST EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT REALLY KIND . ON MARCH 8, BECAUSE OF WOMEN DAY, ALL FEMALE GUEST GOT A NICE MIMOSA AT BREAKFAST AND THE WAS ALSO MIMOSA CAKE ( VERY GOOD). IN OTHER WORDS, VERY GOOD STAY IN A WONDERFUL WELL LOCATED OLD PALACE PAMPERED BY A VERY ATTENTIVE MANAGEMENT.

Lovely stay and helpful staff
Lovely hotel, helpful staff and great customer services, nice breakfast, in quiet area and lovely neighbourhood to have a stroll, near to main attraction, easy to walk everywhere and near to few water bus stop and nice restaurants. Will be returning again.

Make sure you know where the hotel is located. Venice can be tricky to navigate especially at night and it’s raining. We took a water taxi from the train station because it was faster and the boat captain could advise us where to walk to the hotel. Cost was $60 euros. The water bus would have been much slower and cheaper, $9.50 euros per person, so we left the hotel by water bus. Our room was newly renovated, had odd angles and a very rustic ceiling vibe. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Our experience with P Keller was outstanding. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. My only ding is the bar/restaurant was only open for one night during our stay. Absolutely recommend P Keller!

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable. The location was central. I would stay here again and again. I suggest that better directions are posted from the water bus stop. My wife & I got tried to follow the posted directions but we got VERY lost. We walked for about 30 minutes with our luggage. It wasn't the best start to our visit, but, once there, the hotel was awesome!!

Perfection! From the moment I stepped inside I fell in love with this hotel. Paola was so welcoming and wonderful, it was a joy speaking to her. Carlos the bartender is great, I wish we had more time for cocktails! Everyone else we came across on the staff was friendly and kind. The property is gorgeous, the breakfast room and bar are STUNNING! Our room was huge and very comfortable. The bath products smelled lovely. The location was top notch, in a quiet area away from the tourist madness, but very close to the S.Angelo stop on the water bus, and close walking to everything else. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. An absolute gem, 5 stars!
