The place is nice, especially the location- right accross the street from the boat station. It was very convenient for trips to Venice (15 min. One-way, approx). The staff is very polite. The room is authentic, but if you like good sleep- it's not the best choice. The building is old, and the walls are thin, plus transportation makes noise. Nevertheless, the view from the terrace covered any imperfections:) BREAKFAST is amazing like all food in Italy! Recommended for short stays!

I liked that the location, you can walk to some areas of interest. I didn't like it, there is no elevator for guests, the bathroom is very small, especially the shower. When we arrived, the person who helped us was very friendly. Then our shower was clogged and flooded the entire bathroom. The next day it was notified on the frontdesk and the person was not very empathetic. On the other they went to unclog the shower.

Charming Lido beachfront hotel.
Older, charming, clean and comfortable hotel across the street from the Lido beachfront and easily reached by bus from the water transport landing at Lido SME (Santa Maria Elisabetta). The desk clerk was super friendly and helpful -- and very accommodating of a late (after 11:00 p.m.) arrival which was welcome after a day of flight delays, missed connections and long airport waits. Terrific breakfast included.

Lovely family-friendly hotel! Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor and didn't want to leave. The kitchen unit enabled us to cook basic meals when we didn't feel like eating out and we had beautiful views - Lido beach on one side and Venice on the other. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide range of food (even though our children at too many cakes and biscuits!!) Location was perfect for us - immediately opposite a public beach, 10 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop, and 5 minutes walk from a discount supermarket. We hope to return soon :-D

Bus stop is immediately in front of hotel. Alternatively, 15 minute walk to water bus station. Water bus takes 30 minutes to reach Venice. Would recommend as a cheaper (but nice) alternative to staying in Venice. Can check in 24/7, and there are 24 hour water busses (NOTE: water BUS is public and €9,50, while water TAXI is private and €90,00 ). Clean, quiet, great shower, and complete blackout curtains.

We absolutely loved it. The hotel was super clean with comfortable beds. The girl at the front Francesca was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would rate it 5 stars just because of her. The breakfast buffet was really good too with many options to choose from. I would highly recommend to stay there.

The place is very clean, in front of a very nice beach, 15 min walk from the boats to go to Venice (or you can take a bus too), the personal is super friendly and helpful (Andrea rules!). I'll be back there when I go back to Venice

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We got a great spacious two bedroom apartment, very clean with a huge terrace. The service and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect. We didn't have a single problem with this hotel. It's about a 15 min walk from the ferry which was more than doable for us. Its right across from the public beach. While its not on the main strip its just a 10 min walk to restaurants.

Directly opposite the free beach. Bit of a walk from vaporetto stop although the regular bus stops right outside. Brilliant rooftop terrace gives amazing views

The breakfast was excellent. Room was in an annex and was very acceptable and rooms in the hotel ate probably better. A bit far from the boat dock but nice to be on quiet Lido.

Very good value for money. Spacious room with air con. Clean and neat, on ground floor with patio. Directly across the road from the beach. Sun terrace on roof. Wide choice at breakfast. As it’s low season in October the Lido was quiet, a relaxing contrast to busy days in Venice. Tree-lined Main Street with several restaurants to choose from. Easy access to the water taxis.
