"Perfect location for the popular sites tucked away on a street short walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Marks square. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Venetian style but with a modern touch. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of great restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. We would happily stay here again"

"We stayed over one night to tour Venice for one day. After check in we tried to have a quick bite at the bar that offered lunch items. Our drinks came right away then a staff member seemed like she forgot to put in our lunch items- there were two of them and we waited for what seemed to be an hour for the lunch items. It seemed like the person who took the order might have been new but the order was not put in until the more supervisory person asked about it and why it was not ready. Other than this the hotel was wonderful and so convenient to transportation and Venice City."

"The female staff in the mornings contined to take male guests ahead of me . Each time saying “ just let me finish with him “ Ignoring that i was first in line and should be teated equally . It was dismissive and unpolite . In this front desk clerks eyes i was insignificant and i did ask her what it was about me she felt it was ok to give me such lack of respect. She said i am sorry i didnt see you and it was only a lie. I was standing right in front and she looked directly at me"

"The hotel was elegant and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—yet our room remained quiet and peaceful. When we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage until we were ready to collect it later in the day, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.Definitely would stay here again.Thank you."

"Loved the breakfast buffet and the staff was so extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very nice and at nighttime it was extremely quiet. Views of marina outside the hotel were very pleasant. The room was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean & big. We also had complementary bottle of wine for booking via Expedia."
