amazing stay, friendly staff. very comfy bed and lots of pillows, could be perfect if they provided a vegan option for breakfast [ I told them the day before that i would like a vegan options for breakfast and there was nothing vegan in the morning other than jam and bread ] other than that it was great stay

Property was as advertised and very comfortable. The 77 stairs was a chore, but manageable; manager carried our luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Its located at the start of venice but there are a lot pf good dinning options, and shopping. The Rialto Bridge is a 15 min walk. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is excellent.

It was an easy walk from the train station so we could check in and then go back to the station and get the vaporetto. There were several small restaurants in the immediate area we ate at Ribot and it was excellent. Palazzo Odoni offered a great breakfast, the facility and the owner are top notch. Nice boutique hotel would stay there again.

Palazzo Odoni is a quaint hotel in an older building. The rooms are lovely and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the parking garages at Piazzale Roma. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only negative thing was checking-in. The door was locked when we arrived with no clear instructions as to how to enter. Once inside the outer door, there is a door and a flight of stairs in front of you with no signs telling you where to go. I chose the door and found an employee who told me that reception was upstairs. We then had to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs (66 steps) to our room. Having said that, the room and service we received was worth it.

A very convenient cute small family hotel
We stayed in a family suite with two rooms in the first floor. The room was slightly colder than we liked due to no heating yet in the month of November. However, the stay was great, and we all liked this small hotel, and particularly the breakfast was the best. In addition, it's location is also very convenient and less than 10 minutes of walking to or from the bus station.

Grazie!! Transported to a different era.
Super easy to get to (and easy to find!) from Marco Polo Airport by public transportation. We bought a 24-hr pass with the transfer from airport to Venezia (32 euros/pp) and made use of this pass. Hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the bus. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff at reception. He offered to help carry our heavy luggage up the steps; get ready to walk-- there are a LOT of stairs! Afterwards, he showed us our rooms (exactly as pictured!), and even suggested some places to visit that was close by. We only stayed for 1 day, and had to make it to our cruise ship departing from Ravenna the next morning (and the same staff even told us how to get to the ship transfer meet location "People Mover - Tronchetto Station"). We were able to use our existing 24-hr pass for that, as well as the city's Vaporetto (water taxi) to get around. -- Our room: we were 4 people (two couples)-- and booked the suite with 2 bathrooms. Room itself is very spacious, and has that Venetian charm. There are not that many plugs in the room, especially where the kettle is. Breakfast was fabulous!! You book a time in advance for the breakfast, so it doesn't get too crowded and you get a table. Didn't expect it to be that good. There were fresh viennoiseries, cheeses, bread, fruit.. Coffee and juices were scrumptuous. Great start to the day! My mom LOVED the croissants Would definitely stay here if we visit Venice in the future. Thank you!!

Hotel is located on the high 3rd floor, 48 steps (no elevator). The room was clean, but the smallest i have ever see, 2 feet around queen size bed. No furniture, only one plastic stool as night stand. Breakfast was good. 10 min walk from train station, 8 min walk from bus plaza.

Charming small hotel. Near the parking garage and train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but small. Other word of caution there is no elevator and you have to climb 2 steep flights of stairs to enter the hotel.

A hidden gem! Only maybe only 5-10 minutes from the bus terminal, and only about 2-3 bridges to maneuver your luggage over. Walking distance from many sights. The rooms are significantly more luxurious than I was expecting, and the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Will absolutely stay here again on my next visit. ❤️

Boutique hotel with great service.
We loved the location and staff that was very helpful. Great breakfast and old fashioned hotel rooms. You can feel the Venetian climate just passing first doors from the street. Rooms are quiet and AC silent too.

We loved our stay - easy walk from garage and to all of Venice (except longer walk to ACTV boats, but great to enjoy walking Venice). Shower was great, room cooled down nicely as it was very hot outside, and breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for one night after coming back to Venice to fly home after spending some time in Croatia. I’d definitely recommend staying on this side of the station/bus terminal when staying in Venice. It was a lot quieter which was a nice change compared to the start of our trip when we stayed on the other side of the train station. Although it really depends on what you need access to. If you are only going from the airport to Venice & back, then this side of town will be ideal for wheeling your luggage around. However if you end up using the train station you might want to stay closer to the station like we did - just be prepared for more crowds. The accommodations at this hotel were quiet, spacious, clean & stylistically a beautiful representation of Venician, Italian flare. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious with a great staff to assist us. I’d definitely consider staying here again. Good walking distance to plentiful food options, felt very safe. Something to consider, there is no elevator & you will have to go up a flight of stairs to check in. But the staff was very helpful & offered assistance if we needed it.

It was a very cool place to stay for our 1st time in Venice. It had enough historic authenticity & charm to feel transported to a different time, but with modern amenities tastefully incorporated to keep the aesthetic. Staff was friendly & helpful, breakfast was excellent. If you are wanting to be close to the train station, it is perfect. Would recommend & go back.

We were greeted by the hotel clerk, who knew who we were and showed us directly to our room. The hotel entrance court is beautiful, and the location is very convenient both for walking from the transportation hubs and for getting a water taxi. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt luxurious. We stayed in the first floor Junior Suite, which was great, but know that the majority of the room are up at the main hotel, which is up two flights of stairs! Would definitely recommend to others.

This a very unique small hotel in a nice area. A little further away from San Marco and shopping but walkable. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is awesome. If you are looking for Venetian charm, this is it.
