Amazing location.. Needs a little work.. but great
Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help

Hotel was clean and great location in Venice. The contactless check-in was seamless, and it was helpful to store our bags there.

Das Badezimmer ist äußerst winzig und der Boden gehört vielleicht öfter mal aufgewischt. Dennoch ist die Anlage sehr gut durchdacht (Codes zum Öffnen der Tür, etc.), großer und sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum und die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Accademia aber sehr gut gelegen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal 😀

La llegada al hotel fue fácil, se encuentra relativamente céntrica, el cuarto bastante limpio, no hubo ruidos durante la noche y siempre hubo seguimiento por cualquier detalle que se llegara a necesitar por parte del Host.
