The property is very close to the train station, a major grande canal bridge and access to water transportation. It’s also in a quiet area for sound sleeping. The staff is EXCELLENT! They will help you with sites & transportation. The included breakfast is nice. Would highly recommend.

Front desk staff was super knowledgeable for me and my husband visiting the country for the first time. They even packed us some breakfast knowing we would miss out on the free breakfast due to getting on an early train.

A short walk from the train station and also very close to the "water bus" it is convenient. Located down an ally it is also quiet. Only downside was the bathroom and shower facilities are tiny. You will find it difficult to get charged in there and two people can not pass each other. Breakfast was included and delicious and staff were very nice and helpful

This hotel was very conveniently located. It was just minutes walk from the train station and to lots of restaurants, shopping, and town sites. The breakfast was also fantastic. The reason why we couldn’t give it 5 stars is that the shower and vanity area didn’t have a door, so there was no way to have a private shower. There were three of us sharing the room - so two of us had to practically leave the entire hotel room while someone took a shower! Not convenient at all.

Great location close to the Train Station and Car Park. Walkable from this location to all of Venice. Next to water taxis and boat shuttle service. Great shops, restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk. Nice modern rooms, excellent breakfast, clean hotel. Accommodating and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nice and near train station. Breakfast is good too. What we dont like is the front desk when we arrived that day he is rude and impolite to the client. But the rest of the front office is nice except him. Need to remove that kind of person especially towards guest relation.

Shower was a little difficult to navigate. Lights difficult to find at night. Stunning breakfast room and breakfast. Staff at the desk very helpful. The location is perfect for the train.

The #1 feedback has to be about the amazing and friendly staff. They are approachable and go above and beyond to answer your questions. The room felt a bit small for a group of 4 but at least it was cleaned and had enough supplies. They even lend us a plug adapter we needed. The breakfast option was pretty good. Overall, I would stay again if I go back.

Review of Venice Times Hotel
A beautiful hotel which is so tastefully furnished and clean and like new. The breakfast is included and is very good with hot and cold options. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially when we had to amend our flights and book taxi transfers etc. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service ! Friendly and quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed, large flatscreen tv (only 2 channels in English .,,. But did not come here to watch tv !), location was very close to the train station and the area was very quiet ;). The buffet breakfast was an added bonus ! Restaurants very close ! Will definitely stay here again.

I loved the location, it was a short walk from the train station. Short walk to dinner, drinks and shopping. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. The entire hotel gave an artsy vibe that was lovely. Breakfast was really good, and the private patio area just off the lobby was a lovely way to grab a drink and end the night. Highly recommend!

Best hotel in Venice
We found this hotel by accident. The location was convienant to the train station, but quiet and restful. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was delish and the bar restaurant area was lovely. They even have a garden patio available to eat ion in nice weather. We plan to return and also try their location in Rome. All in all a wonderful experience.

Very convenient location just minutes from the train station. Venice is a very walkable city and you can get anywhere by foot from this hotel. The staff were wonderful and helped get our room ready ahead of the designated check in time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Venice.

The front desk staff were great to deal with. Hotel was very nice and larger than expected. Only pain point was the door had trouble locking but the team worked hard to try to resolve. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Venice!

This property is very close to the train station. Only 4-5 minute walk. Staff is nice and extremely helpful. They give us recommendations on eating and transportation. Definitely recommend.
