Our room had a balcony with a view of the ocean and it appeared that most of the other rooms had the same situation. The hotel is literally 20 steps to the beach and a slight walk to the pier. The pool area was very nice.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. Its my favorite in the Ventura area! Comfortable, beautiful and plenty of amenities, also walkable into the quaint downtown area and the ocean boardwalk is connected to the property. It's a wonderful place to sray!
