"Excellent spot, right in the center of downtown Zacatecas. Everything smelled of clean, staff was excellent and very respectful. The only thing was the hot water in the shower, had to do little tricks to get it. But, everything else excellent! Would return here to stay."

"Location, clean, beautiful"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel!"

"Very nice hotel with good amenities. There was Highway and train noise but nothing loud enough to keep people up at night. Restaurant area was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. I did request a rollaway crib three seperate times and was not brought one. In the end I had to sleep with my baby and create a barrier so she wouldn't fall off the bed. The wifi is great with a nice desk and fridge/microwave. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. I would come back to this hotel."

"Staff was amazing! Love the location and checking in was very smooth."

"I loved everything. The view from our room, closed to everything, super clean, and very nice staff."

"I liked the view to the street and the hills. The bathroom smelled like sewage. I asked about odor and someone from cleaning staff said it eas because there were several guests."
